Refunds & Exchanges
Before returning lamps to us, please reach us to acquire a Return Authorization Code. You can contact email@example.com, where one of our client delegates will be happy to help you.
Please ensure that you understand our returns policy and guarantee that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
All returns must be sent by you to us inside 10 days of the shipment being delivered to you. We only acknowledge items in their original condition - unaltered, unopened and undamaged - and must have all items in place.
1. Quality Issues:
Once received by us, If our staff find that the stock is flawed as depicted, we will send you a substitution at no cost.
2. You do not like the lamp:
You can return the lamp for exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference to get a more expensive item if you do not like the lamp for any reason. You need to send the lamp back to us at your cost and we will send out your exchange as soon as the lamp is received.
Changes to Orders (Before delivery)
- All lamp orders can be changed (different model) within 1 hour of purchase.
- All lamp orders with a change request after 1 hour will not be eligible for a exchange until you send the item back to us.
